2.  Rule 20.03 reads "The horse's name given on the statement will be the only named used to accumulate points."  Add the following sentence at the end of the rule.  If a horse is signed up with a different or abbreviated name no points will be given.

3.  Accept director position revision.

4.  Have no mandatory meeting.

5.  Mandatory donation due by June 1st.  No exceptions.

6.  Tractor dragging will get twice as many points as setting barrels.

7.  Tractor Fee of $2.00 per rider.  This fee will be used to pay for a tractor at the jackpots.
